Pracuji na Compliance už mnoho let a bohužel mamagement se zde změnil negativně a dochází k velké fluktuaci lidí, je zde mikromangement. Kolegyni po letech propustili kvuli blueprintu na hodinu, slusna pracujici osoba , ktera o nicem netusila. Nedostala ani podani ruky, kytku nic po letech na compliance? Jen kvuli snizovani? Nakonec se zase zacalo nabirat. Komunikace s lidmi v utvaru neni dobra a lidi se nabiraji juniori pouze a odchazeji seniori.
