Příkladná zdravotní péče o pacienty, práce rychle ubíhá, protože jí je hodně.
Nadřazenost vedoucích pracovníků a jejich bezohledný přístup. Vytváření funkcí pro funkce. Výběrová řízení na oko a k smíchu. Nadřízená vůbec nekomunikuje. Organizační neschopnost.

dobré platové ohodnocení, zajímavá práce
špatná volba vedoucích pracovníků ( většinou tzv. "staré struktury") žádná práce s týmem (př. supervize), žádná podpora dobrého kolektivu
