Sociální a pracovní jistoty. Systém. Pravidla. Řád. Pestrost. Vzdělávání nejvyššího stupně (VŠ, MBA...). Bytové možnosti. Moderní technologie. Kvalitní vybavení pracoviště. Serióznost a dobré jméno zaměstnavatele.

Méně byrokracie. Méně předpisů. Rychlejší rozhodování. Více pravomocí a následně osobní odpovědnosti.
