Dostala jsem nesmyslnou výpověď z pracovního poměru, kterou jsem napadla u soudu - spor o neplatnost výpovědi jsem vyhrála. Hledala jsem oporu u spousty lidí i odborů - ale bohužel, všichni měli strach.

Jistota a stabilni zamestnani, ziskani odmen, vyssiho osobniho ohodnoceni, siroka nabidka benefitu vcetne firemni skolky, moznost vyjadrit svuj nazor v kazdorocnim hodnoceni zamestnancu, prestizni misto.
V lete klimatizace.

Práce ve státní správě je velmi administrativně náročná, s tímto vědomím je třeba do této firmy vstupovat. Kdo nemá rád papíry nebude se mu pracovat dobře. Jelikož je to státní správa zaměstnanec si může být jist, že se vždy dodržuje zákon, a to platí také v přístupu k zaměstnancům. Mám na mysli paragrafy, dovolené, náhradní volna, nemocenské, zde rozhodně panuje spravedlnost. Možná se to nepředpokládá, ale také zaměstnaci této firmy mají kolektivní smlouvu, která jim poskytuje určité výhody, tyto výhody nejsou zanedbatelné. Tedy svého zaměstnavatele hodnotím pozitivně a doporučuji k zaměstnání.
Určitě bych doporučila znižení administratívní náročnosti a vylepšení/ zjednodušení/modernizace interních postupů.

Díky tabulkovému systému mezd se hodí pro starší zaměstnance, spíš konzervativní typy.
Neznám současnou situaci, ale minimálně bych nechala upravit interiéry - fasáda budovy je nová, uvnitř se zastavil čas.
