Možnost rozvoje v oboru i napříč. Stabilita. Férové jednání. Možnost vzdělávání. Důvěra kolegů i manažerů. Za kvalitní práci pochvala a uznání.

Někteří manažeři dávají neúměrně najevo, že jsou ve vyšších funkcích, ale to není kritika společnosti, jde o jedince.

Opportunity to work during studies

Možnost studijního volna při smlouvě na dobu neurčitou. Možnost nadpracování hodin a posléze využití je studijnímu volnu.
