Introduction

DHL Supply Chain působí hlavně v Pohořelicích a Syrovicích. Mezi naše zákazníky, kteří zde využívají naše služby, patří hlavně firmy působící v oblastech: módy, automobilovém průmyslu, kosmetiky, chemikálií, ale máme zde i náš vlastní transport. Každý rok navyšujeme mzdy, organizujeme pro naše zaměstnance různé akce (PohoRun, dny zdraví, sázíme stromy), pomáháme neziskovým organizacím. A v neposlední řadě se staráme o vzdělávání a kariérní růst našich kolegů a kolegyň.

Se svým zaměstnavatelem jsem byla spokojená. U mně i několika dalších to v práci bylo tak nějak: moje kolegyně a práce-moje rodina. Měla jsem svou práci ráda.

Neplánované nařízené přesčasy, některé pracovní postupy a v létě špatná koncentrace vzduchu a prašnost. Někdy i větší tlak na zaměstnance.
