Zvýšit základní mzdu na rovinu alespoň poloviny průměrného platu ČR nejenom pro zvýšení motivace.

Celková, velmi přátelská atmosféra ve firmě. Velmi dobrá spolupráce s pracovníky z ostatních oddělení.
Malým nedostatkem je pracovní prostředí - velké kanceláře. Ale pokud máte tak bezvadné kolegy, tak i tento malý nedostatek ztrácí na významu.
