Velmi se mi líbí můj tým, kde všichni táhnou za jeden provaz. Benefity oceňuji, především orientaci na zdravý životní styl. Zároveň mě baví, že když pracuji a mám výsledky, mám důvěru nadřízeného v rámci flexibilní pracovní doby.
Uvítám inovace v oblasti procesů a software, pracuje se na tom, ale mohli bychom být dál, ruční práce už je někdy pasé.
