Pracovní úkoly, kolektiv, pracovní doba, kancelář.
Skončila jsem, protože jsem sama cítila, že to nezvládám. Změnil se informační systém, s novým jsem se nenaučila pracovat. Chtěla jsem zůstat u svého systému práce.

Skvělí kolegové, na které se můžu spolehnout, vzájemně si pomáháme. Řeším věci a projekty, které mě baví a u předchozího zaměstnavatele nebyla šance se k nim dostat - je to pro mě dobrá škola a rozvoj. Kanceláře jsou pěkné, neomezený přístup kávy :-) V poslední době se hodně zlepšily benefity - nově Multisportka, vyšší stravenky.
Na pohovoru mi bylo řečeno, že se pracuje ve vysokém tempu a často je potřeba reagovat na změny. To je fakt, je potřeba rychle vnímat a úkoly plnit rychle - nadřízený je perfekcionista s rychlým myšlením, takže je potřeba ho stíhat. A taky mít obchodní myšlení. Kdo to nemá, tak to pro něj bude náročné. Mě to nevadí, naopak, perfektní škola.
