Starostlivosť o zamestnancov, férové jednanie,
Jedinú vec a to je to, že by som nebral do pracovného pomeru pracovníkov z pracovných agentúr, ale aby tam boli iba kmeňový zamestnanci. Pracovníci z agentúr nemali príliš chuť poctivo pracovať.

- dobře zorganizovaná stabilní firma - velmi dobrý celkový systém - špičkové produkty - velmi dobře propracovaný a motivační systém výpočtu bonusů

Jedná se o férovou a silnou firmu. Která podporuje rozvoj dovedností svých zaměstnanců...
Neférové jednání zaměstnanců...Bohužel, vše je o lidech, firma se může snažit jak chce a tito lidé potom zhoršují pohled na firmu jako takovou.

Ve skladu nenáročná práce. Kolegové v pohodě, obědy a svačiny dostupné. Z obědu na výběr, nastěžovala jsem si. V létě příspěvky na nanuky pro ochlazení. Firemní benefity..
Občasné horko, ale dá se zvládnout. (Sklad ne výroba.)

Výborná organizace práce, pořádek, robustní systém, motivující variabilní složka mzdy, placení přesčasů i u THP pracovníků
