Firma KALINA se neustále posouvá kupředu a snaží přitom zachovat jádro rodinné firmy. Je to závazek vůči samotné firme i lidem, kteří v ni pracuji. Zároveň je to závazek vůči zákazníkům protože chceme aby při jednání s námi přesně věděli na čem jsou. Je to taková neustále vyvíjející se simbioza
Samozřejmě jsou věci, které mě trápí. Jedna z nich, ze nestíhám reagovat na všechny potřeby trhu trhu okamžitě. A někdy to znamená častější změny v organizaci výroby či práce. To pak kolektivně zvyšuje tlak na nás všechny. Bohužel taková je teď doba a změn je tolik, ze nelze na všechny reagovat včas. Komentář ze 4.5.2021
