Férovost, inciativa ze strany zaměstnavatele, jsou otevřeni nápadům. Maximalní tolerantnost. Snaha zaměstnanci co nejvíce zpříjemnit pracovní dobu.
Klimatizace lepší výkon, ale to není uplně o zaměstnavateli :) jinak neni nic co bych mohl zatím vytknout
