Super kolegové, nekorporátní jednání, férové chování, upřímnost, smysluplné fungování, rychlá komunikace, nikdo si nesyslí informace pro sebe, možnost balancovat práci a soukromý život, volno navíc, rozumná domluva s vedoucími týmů.

Otevřenost lidí, vzájemná komunikace a spousta srandy.
Flexible working hours
Pružná pracovní doba je velká výhoda. Člověk pracuje v době, kdy mu to vyhovuje.

Naučil jsem se tu mít svoji osobní zodpovědnost a práce mě tak více těší. S tím se pojí i zlepšení sebedůvěry a sebevědomí. Pohodová a přátelská atmosféra, fajn lidi.
Občas nějaká neefektivita nebo některé věci dřou, ale to je v každé práci a vždycky se s tím dá něco dělat, když si to lidi řeknou. Dalo by se zapracovat na komunikaci.

Na ICE nejvíc oceňuji lidi. Všichni kolegové napříč týmy, jsou ochotní, lidsky příjemní ale zároveň špičky v oboru. Líbí se mi, že firma klade důraz na mimofiremní potkávání a celkově budování kultury. Je tu velká možnost osobního i pracovního růstu. Opravdu je zde velká svoboda, vykoupená zodpovědností. Práce je různorodá, akční, firma se nebojí změn a vše se hned řeší. Jediná náročná věc v ICE, je kombinovat s osobním životem. Protože práce je tak naplňující, že je někdy tendence věnovat jí víc a víc času.
Jobs for people with no work experience
To jestli člověk zapadne lidsky převyšuje jeho zkušenosti. Do firmy může přijít úplný junior a pokud bude mít drive, chuť se učit a posouvat, je tu prostor. Co k práci potřebuje ho naučí zkušenější kolegové.
