Lokace pracoviště, možnost práce z domu
špatná práce s lidmi, nízké mzdové ohodnocení, nerovný přístup k zaměstnancům, absence řízení, rutinní práce, nadměrný počet ředitelů, plýtvání náklady oproti šetření na lidech, nemožnost prosadit vlastní názor, velká fluktuace, povýšenost nadřízených
Flexible working hours
Pevná část pracovní doby je od 9:00 - do 16:00. U některých pozic možná i ve větším rozsahu.
Opportunity to work during studies
Potřebují každého kdo je ochoten pracovat za málo peněz. U některých pozic lze domluvit na část pracovní doby práci z domu. Pracovní doba je v určitém rozmezí flexibilní.

Pracují zde fajn lidé.
Měl by se zamyslet nad finančním ohodnocením svých zaměstnanců, které je směšné ve srovnání s jinými firmami a množstvím benefitů, které by si zasloužili.
