Dost slušní peníze, možnost upravit si pracovní dobu aby sedela se školou
Vymenit vedeni, stransparentnit pracu vedeni, znizit mozny vplyv antipatii na spravani vedeni k zamestnancum, aka toho mam rad, ten bude mat lepsie moznosti a smeny

Dobrý plat, pracovní dobu, spolupráce s kolegy na place a cestujících
Určitě bych se podíval na mzdy zaměstnanců, některé linky byli placené slabě. Více pauzy mezi spoji, jelikož bylo o pouze pořád něco dělat aby autobus byl připraven k jízdě. Co se týče managementu firmy, na některých pozicích byli osoby, kteří tam něměli co dělat. A určitě by se našlo toho více, ale času je málo.

Na zaměstnavateli jako celku právě ničeho. Defakto žádná jistota. Hodně toho záviselo na jedinci, nadřízeném, který Vás mohl potopit pokud chtěl.
To je moc všeobecná otázka, abych si dovolila to hodnotit.
