Oceňuji trpělivost pro zaškolení nového kolegy i jasné a zřetelné instrukce při zaškolení. Příjemné pracovní prostředí. dobrý kolektiv. jistota zaměstnání, když se zaškolíte, jste většinou důležitý článek firmy a vedení Vás ocení.

Férové jednání ze strany vedení a nadřízených, super kolektiv, vedení vždy vyjde vstříc, komunikuje s námi, motivuje nás. Co je slíbeno, to je dodrženo.
Nemám co by se mohlo vytknout.

Oproti jiným firmám má E1S skvěle vypracované video školení, takže Vás během relativně krátké doby naučí léty vyzkoušené postupy. Individuální přístup zaručí chuť do práce a skvělý kolektiv zase pohodovou náladu.
