Vzniká tu kvalitní obsah, dobře se tu chováme k lidem, firma se snaží být moderní a otevřená.

Rozumný přístup k práci a flexibilitu. Rozhodující je odvedená práce, ne odsezené hodiny.

To, že dokáže dát svým zaměstnancům důvěru a dává prostor k osobnímu rozvoji

Economia je perspektivní společnost s tvorbou kvalitního obsahu. Mohu být pyšná na to, co se tu produkuje a mí známí znají naše produkty a konzumují je. Economia je loajální, je možné domluvit si home office a nikdo nás tu se stopkami nehlídá.
I když tady nepanuje žádná velká byrokracie, občas je rozhodovací proces delší než je potřeba. Zároveň jedeme často na zastaralých systémech a občas je frustrující, že s nimi nemůžeme pohnout. Ale už pracujeme na obměně.

Zajímavá práce se zajímavými kolegy, kteří jsou špička ve svém oboru, skvělý tým, prestiž značky.
Někdy by firma měla rychleji rozhodovat.

Dobrá atmosféra, zajímavé prostředí mediálního domu, možnost home office;
Finanční ohodnocení a s tím i spojená nižší fluktuace zaměstnanců

Možnost realizovat se
Všechny produkty by měly být na stejné, či přibližné úrovni. Pokud je jeden brán jako koule u nohy, tak to není dobré. Zároveň by měla Economia sdílet svou vizi do budoucna se svými zaměstnanci. Zároveň by měl mít i samostatný produkt vizi, která by vycházela z týmu, ne pouze od šéfa celého oddělení.
