Tak maxion wheels je dobra firma, ale jak který mistr je spolehliví a férový každá malá chyba a stě na vině vy není špatná práce ale pracovat nepřetržitě to se snad nedá 2 dny ranní 2 dny noční 2 dny odpolední A nakonec 2 dny volno a sem tam nějaký ten svátek a přesčasy však přes agenturu či přes kmen nikdy v životě bych tam us nesel jakože by bylo např. Nástupní plat nějakých 50000 korun tak to ano ale každý má svůj názor názor jak se mu tam bude líbit každý od tamtéž odcházejí a některý ne každý má svůj sen tak jako jak a také si ho plným maxion wheels je také dobrá práce 👌👍👏 ale však to znáte kdo chce víc ten si to musí říct to vše
Tak změnit bych Tel výplaty o nějaký 20% víc navýšit a spokojenost pracovníků kteří si každý měsíc či půl rok zaslouží nějaký ten dárek za pracovní skutečnost a pochvalu sem třeba mladý a ano trochu vzdělaný ale víc co mluvím a říkám změnil bych tam hodně věcí ale každý má svoji hlavu a asi k nejvíc udělej té tam už konečně pro lidi n jaký koutek pro kuřaky

Kantýna, vybavení kanceláře, služební telefon, plat a to vše během trainee programu při studiu.
Neobsazovat pozice lidmi neznalými cizí jazyk, nerekrutovat THP pozice z dělnických.

Firma se vždy chovala zodpovědně vůči zaměstnancům. Mnoho benefitů a roční navyšování platu.
