Rozmanitost práce. Odpovídající pravomoce a odpovědnosti. Velmi dobrý kolektiv.
Bohužel z firmy odešlo a stále odchází velké množství pracovníků s letitými zkušenostmi. I nejlepší náhrada těchto pracovníků, je vždy problémem, neboť je nutné těmto pracovníkům dát čas a péči, aby mohli plnohodnotně nahradit odcházející pracovníky.

Možnost pracovat z domova a pružná pracovní doba.
Chybí benefity.(teambuildingy, stravenky, dovolená navíc nebo sick days)

Skvělý kolektiv na centrále, mám podřízené se kterými si rozumím. Uvítal bych více benefitů (multisport karta apod.)
