Oceňuji velice vstřícné a korektní jednání na všech postech.Finanční jistota,velice zajímavé věrnostní bonusy.Vzhledem k tomu že se firma neustále rozrůstá a zvětšuje své provozy tak i do budoucna je toto jistota dlouhodobého pracovního poměru.
I když jsem dlouho přemýšlel nic mě nenapadá.

Freedom and independence
Nikdo nikoho nehoní lidi co zde pracují , vědí co mají dělat a dělají jak je v jejich silách. Když se člověk nebojí práce tak zde má klid a vedení ho podpoří. Musí samozřejmě pracovat. Jako v každé jiné firmě.

Kolektiv, prostředí a přístup k zaměstnancům.
V kancelářích nejsou postele, aby si zaměstnanci mohli po obědě odpočinout :D
