It is possible to organize my working hours (or home office) for me to be able to sope with family matters (taking care of small children).
The organization is conservative, it takes a lot of time to make change happen. A lot of things, especially about sallaries are not transparent. The sallaries generally are lower then is usuall in Prague for certain type of work. Quality od middle management vary quite a lot, and top management is not always able to lead the middle management in correct way.

špatně hodnocené, špatný přístup vedení

Je konzervativní ve svých přístupech ke všemu, bohužel i k růstu mezd a jakýmkoli změnám

Je to vysoká škola, v semestru se vše přízpůsobuje rozvrhu nebo se rozvrh přizpůsobuje některým lidem
