Můžu pracovat kdy chci, velmi dobře skloubím práci a péči o malé dítě. Firemní kultura je na vysoké úrovni, cením si otevřenosti napříč všemi týmy a pozicemi. Management tvoří seniorni profesionálky*ové.

Nevídaná flexibilita, důvěra a svoboda. Skvělý kolektiv srdcařů. Možnost přinášet vlastní nápady a implementovat je v praxi. Smysluplnost činnosti.

Je to nezisková organizace - finanční ohodnocení v porovnání s komerčním trhem je nižší, ale vynahrazeno flexibilitou a zájmem o lidi, jejich rozvoj.
