Téměř ničeho, mėla jsem asi smůlu na odd. a kolektiv,proto jsem odešla velmi brzy do FN Bohunice, kde jsem byla spokojená.
Zlepšit zastaralá odd. , Nové či lepší vybavení, lepší platy sester- uznání vyšší odborné zdravotní školy pro lepší plat. třídu. Pozn. V Bohunicích s uznáním nebyl problém.

Pro mne je nejcennější dobrá spolupráce, komunikace, včasné plnění a nadstandartní vztahy. Je to jak ze strany vedení, tak i běžných zaměstnanců nebo údržby atd. Nesetkala jsem se zatím, kromě malých nedorozumění s ničím tak zásadně negativním, no setkala jsem se s ochotou řešit problémy.
Protože pracuji v naprosto specifické oblasti, nemám moc potřebu měnit, nepoužívám zdravotnickou techniku ani jiné pomůcky. Proto jsem spokojena v nemocnici se vším, co nabízí a ne všechno jsem schopna využít. Děkuji!
