Pracuji v organizaci ráda, baví mě má práce. Jedním z důvodů, proč tomu tak je, je příjemná atmosféra na pracovišti, v celé organizaci. Vnímám kladně férové prostředí.
Nemám nic, co bych mohla vnímat negativně.

Benefity, platové ohodnocení, jistota pravidelného příjmu, možnost osobního rozvoje, skvělý kolektiv i nadřízení.
Po rekonstrukci naší budovy, je potřeba neustále něco opravovat. Výtah, dveře, zapojení elektriky v čekárně pacientů atd. Někdy vázne komunikace mezi vedením nemocnice a zaměstnanci.

+ stále je co se učit, benefity,jistota pravidelného příjmu,báječný kolektiv i vedení
Po rekonstrukci naší budovy stéle něco nejde,výtah,dveře,... plno plastového odpadu od jednorázových pomůcek i z jídelny.
