Platili přesčasy.
Lepší ohodnocení osvědčených (dlouhodobě zaměstnaných) pracovníků, profesionálně a slušně přistupovat k zaměstnancům, řídit se Zákoníkem práce a dodržovat přestávky na oběd a čas na odpočinek mezi směnami, jasně stanovit náplň práce a dodržovat ji, nemonitorovat používání toalety, nabídnout i dvousměnný provoz (každý nemůže dělat třísměnný).
