Upřímnost a to tím že nic neslibuje ale koná např.hned vás propustí a ani nevíte jak a dokonce vás nabádá k odchodu,fajn

Přátelský kolektiv stálých lidí, který se ale bohužel rozpadá.
Nefunkční nábor nových česky mluvících pracovníků, špatný stav strojů, způsobený nedostatkem kvalifikovaných techniků, otřesný rozpis směn, téměř žádné volné víkendy, neochota vedení s těmito nedostatky cokoliv dělat

Děkujeme za zpětnou vazbu, která je pro nás velmi důležitá. Mrzí nás Vaše špatná zkušenost, protože se snažíme vytvářet otevřené a přátelské pracovní prostřední, které podporuje vzájemnou spolupráci a kde se naši kolegové cítí dobře. Nábor českých pracovníků je z důvodu velmi nízké nezaměstnanosti komplikovaný. Jsme proto rádi, že máme možnost zaměstnat i kolegy ze zahraničí. Ve výrobě pracujeme ve dvousměnném provozu (ranní, odpolední), víkendy jsou volné.
