Rozvoj a možnost dostat se k zajímavé práci, cokoliv si vyzkoušet a růst skrze zkušenosti. Srandu a pohodovou atmosféru, kamarádské vztahy s možností sdílet otevřeně i to, co nás trápí. Možnost být sama sebou a ocenění mých silných stránek.
