Největší benefit jsou kolegové v týmu.

Chybí benefity (např.stravenky, více HO), roční valorizace mezd... Nejsem spokojená s předáváním informací.

V SG není skvělý tým pouze prázdné klišé. Lidi si tu opravdu pomáhají a chovají se k sobě moc hezky. Manageři jsou odborníci na svých místech, přesto s velice lidským přístupem. Nebála bych se to nazvat "rodinným kolektivem".

Nemáme systém benefitů, stravenky, penzijka apod. Což mi ale ve výsledku nevadí, protože já jsem v práci spokojená díky kolektivu, který je skvělý.
