Jsem spokojený s celou komunitou - spousta firemních akcí pro zaměstnance, snad každý měsíc nějaké společné soutěže. Dále se mi líbí firemní benefity (Jsem zamilovaný do firemní kantýny, kde si podle mě musí vybrat úplně každý). V neposlední řadě to je samozřejmě i náplň práce. Ačkoliv toho je někdy hodně (to asi všude), tak práce velmi pestrá. Zkrátka biorafinerie opravdu dynamické prostředí, kde se člověk nenudí.
Byrokracie , ale to je pro takto velké firmy asi normální.

velmi dobrá firemní kultura - vztah k zaměstnancům work-life balance zde funguje , pružná pracovní doba, 7,5hod. pracovní doba, benefity, možnost HO přátelské a profesionální vztahy na pracovišti

Naučil jsem se plno nových věcí,kolektiv taky dobrý, práce někdy trochu náročná někdy pohodová takže v průměru ideální. Nikdy jsem nikde sem neměl tak dobrý pracovní vztah s nadřízenými jako v Biocelu. A plat na vykonávanou práci taky dobrý.
Zatím není nic s čím bych nebyl spokojený
