Neustále se vše zlepšuje, zdokonaluje a jsem velmi rád toho přínosem. Benefity jako Flexibilní pracovní doba a vždy možná dohoda jsou skvělé. Posunul jsem se jak profesně tak i v soukromém životě.

Občasné návaly práce. občas nutnost tu být do večera, aby se vše stihlo. Občas je i problém objednat materiál např. z Číny a kvůli tomu platíme více i občas déle čekáme na materiál.
