Vždycky je domluva, když si potřebuju něco zařídit soukromě i v pracovní době. Zaměstnavatel vnímá požadavky zaměstnanců na různá vylepšení, která vedou k ulehčení práce. Možnosti neustálého vzdělávání v oboru. Dobrý kolektiv lidí kolem, kteří člověku rádi pomohou či poradí když je potřeba.
Do různých problematik zbytečně mluví spousta lidí, kterých se to až tak netýká což vede ke zbytečným zmatkům. Málo parkovacích míst, ale to je asi problém obecně.

Kolektiv, rodinná atmosféra, platební morálka, možnost učit se novým věcem.
Zdlouhavý vývoj SW, což se zlepšuje v kooperaci se třetími stranami.

Prostředí ve firmě je velmi přátelské a kolegiální. Zaměstnavatel plní vždy a včas své závazky. Oceňuji pružnou pracovní dobu, kdy se nemusíte nervovat zda nepřijedete do práce o několik minut později.
Od vedení občas přijde nějaký zmatený požadavek, nebo je vám vyčteno provedení úkolu, i když byl proveden přesně dle původního zadání. Ale to je asi všude.
