V SWS je příjemné pracovní prostředí, skvělí a vstřícní kolegové. Jednání nadřízených je seriózní. Za poslední dva roky byly navýšeny zaměstnanecké benefity a sick days.
V případě, že nejsem s něčím spokojená, mám možnost to vykomunikovat se svými nadřízenými. A to čas od času dělám.

každý den se řeší jiný problém, práce na obchodním oddělení není jednosměrná
Complex tasks
SWS je distribuční firma, nabízí zboží určité skupině zákazníků, kteří mají občas dost nestandartní požadavky, např. dodání zboží do zahraničí na neobvyklá místa, dále řešení reklamací při nestand. zacházení, problémy s dopravci, poskytování fin. podpory apod.toto vyžaduje více času než obvyklé úkony. Práce je zde pestrá.

Práci jsem ukončil v roce 1998, takže již může být všechno jinak. Je to významná firma s tahem na branku. Respektovaná firma, která se dokázala na trhu prosadit, ale ne za každou cenu. Špinavé obchodní praktiky neznali.
Pracoval jsem v pražské pobočce, podpora z ústředí ve Slušovicích pokulhávala.
