Vyhověli mi v požadavku zkráceného úvazku.
Nedostatečná komunikace s nadřízeným. Žádné benefity. Komunistická atmosféra od přijetí po můj odchod. Intriky a žádná podpora týmové spolupráce nebo součinnosti s vedením. Vyšší vedení slepě důvěřuje pověřencům. Ti, na konci řetězu, tam žehlí poslední zbytky pověsti této známé tradiční firmy a zůstávají bez ocenění. Žádný růst ani vzdělání ani téměř žádné zaškolení.
