Hodnota kontraktu se společností Scania nespočívá pouze v reálné odměně a souvisejících benefitech. Jedná se o celkový přístup společnosti k zaměstnaneckému poměru který se vyznačuje obrovskou mírou sociální empatie ve všech ohledech. Díky tomu je celková atmosféra ve společnosti zcela objektivně unikátní v pozitivním slova smyslu.
Pokud existuje důvod k nespokojenosti, takřka vždy lze konstatovat že se jedná o individuální a do značné míry subjektivní pocit
