Oceňuji hlavně práci z domova, podporu celého teamu, možnost neustále se profesně rozvíjet (ať už v podpoře získávání certifikací, nebo i v podobě zajímavých training programů vedenými přímo lidmi ze společnosti.

Společnost se rychle vyvíjí a v současné chvíli vnímám problém u nastavení některých vnitřních procesů, ale vše se dá dobře vykomunikovat a také se na tom hodně pracuje. Rozhodně to ale není překážka k tomu Billigence doporučit jako zajímavého zaměstnavatele - spíš naopak: je vidět, že si je společnost těchto věcí vědoma a pracuje se na tom.

Billigence is very flexible in terms of different arrangments for its employees, flexible hours per week depending on the person's needs for example. Also they offer full-remote positions from basically anywhere in the world. There is nice culture regarding self-learning of new technoogies and acquiring different certificates, so it is good opportunity for someone looking to improve fast. The company culture is quite open, without making much difference between senior/junior employees.

Well, the only problems that usually happen, are on client's side and when they do, people from Billigence are trying to solve them to hapiness of both, the client and the consultant, so I don't have anything to complain about.

Opportunity to use foreign languages

Billigence offers chance to work on international projects, so English is more valued then Czech as language of communication.

Jobs for people with no work experience

Billigence gives a chance also to people who changed their career paths and have entered data field only recently, therefore you don't need to have many years of experience to start with them.

Společnost klade velký důraz na profesionální rozvoj všech zaměstnavatelů a nabízí kurzy např. Python, Tableau, SQL atd. Velmi přátelská a lehká atmosféra v kanceláři. Příjemná komunicace s kolegy i s manažery.

Zatím jsem maximálně spokojen.

Billigence je pravý opak korporátu, nejste neustále pod dohledem nadřízených, nejsou tu zbytečná omezení a regulace a nahlíží se na vás jako na zodpovědné osoby, které si umí samy naplánovat work-life balance.

Velmi dobrá firemní kultura, přátelský kolektiv, ochota pomáhat, mezinárodní spolupráce, neustálý rozvoj a chuť posouvat se vpřed na individuální i firemní úrovni, práce s moderními technologiemi.
