Vaši práci nikdo nekonteokuje.
Naprosto nefunfující IT, systém vypadává i několikrát denně. Vše se řeší postaru, firma vůbec nereflektuje, že je 21.století. Práce os nevidim do nevidim. Peoblèmy nikdo neřeší. Naprostá neschopnost managementu se promítá na totální lenost zaměstnanců.

Oceňuji možnost zavádět nové věci a dále různorodou pracovní náplň, podporu ze strany kolegů i nadřízeného, zajímavé zaměstnanecké benefity i slušný plat. A samozřejmě fajn kolektiv.
Schvalovací procesy by mohli být rychlejší a plánování do budoucna dlouhodobější.
