Nutricia dokáže své zaměstnance ocenit a to finančně, velkým výběrem benefitů i možností rozvoje a růstu.
Nutricia je součástí nadnárodní korporace. Je tedy třeba se občas přizpůsobovat procesům, které nejsou nastaveny podle lokálních podmínek.
