Provident financial s.r.o. nabízí svým zaměstnancům několik bonusů navíc jako je např.automobil,stravenky,životní pojištění a spousty dalších zaměstnaneckých výhod. Práce v Providentu je velmi rozmanitá a je to pro člověka velká výzva. Je to férový zaměstnavatel, který nedělá rozdíly mezi muži a ženami.

Kolegové i vedení v pořádku, féroví lidé, ochotní poradit a pomoci v profesních záležitostech. Největší problém je čas. Je těžké skloubit soukromý život s prací pro Provident.

Motivace zaměstnanců. Benefity a mzda. Snaha o vytvoření týmu a přátelského kolektivu. Rozvoj zaměstnanců.
Jasné zadávání úkolů. Rozdělení kompetencí a zodpovědností. Férovost a otevřenost.

Férové jednání, možnost profesního růstu, firemní benefity
Reputaci společnosti, lépe se propagovat, aby zákazníci i potencionální zaměstnanci znali realitu - Provident je skvělá společnost a nejlepší zaměstnavatel, kterého znam.

Centrála- s drtivou většinou kolegů není problém se dohodnout. Celkem pozitivní atmosféra na pracovišti a vzájemná podpora. Do budoucna jsou plánované nové benefity, na které se těšíme. Zkrácená prac.doba na 7,5 hod denně je příjemná
