Kolektiv, vztah s nadřízenými, romanitost práce a možnost pracovat odkudkoliv . Vždy se dá domluvit.
Někdy je potřeba pracovat i večer, pokud je nějaký problém.

Oceňuji férové chování zaměstnavatele a jeho přístup k zaměstnancům. Je štědrý a svých zaměstnanců si váží, čemuž odpovídají i poskytované benefity.
