Vždy vím, na čem jsem, ať už je to špatné, nebo dobré. Za dobře odvedenou práci umí šéf jak poděkovat, tak pochválit, pro mě překvápko... Když člověk udělá chybu nedělá se z toho věda a nenechají vás v tom vymáchat - přijde pomoc s řešením. Můžu pracovat z domova a ušetřený čas strávit lépe než v MHD. Práce, kterou celý tým odvádí, je vidět a hlavně se za ni nemusím stydět, naopak... Vyhovuje mi zdejší styl humoru. Když člověku něco nevyhovuje, může se ozvat a moje zkušenost je taková, že ať už je prvotní reakce jakákoliv, celé to potom ještě nějakou dobu zraje, než se řekne poslední slovo.
Někdy jsou nepříliš jasně ohraničené a dodržované kompetence příčinou drobné nevraživosti mezi kolegy, ale jak již bylo řečeno, je potřeba se ozvat a většinou se to zlepší.

Není nutné setrvat v pozici, na kterou nastoupíte. Pokud se ukáže, že jste lepší v něčem jiném užitečném, dostanete příležitost se rozvíjet.
Covid narušil pořádání teambuildingových akcí, bylo by fajn je oživit.
