Introduction

Conseq Investment Management je již několik let pevnou součástí českého kapitálového trhu a v posledních letech úspěšně pronikl i na slovenský a polský trh. V současné době je skupina Conseq největším nezávislým investičním manažerem, který si získal důvěru více než 500 000 klientů s objemem aktiv ve výši více než 208 miliard korun (údaje k 30.06.2025).

Dobra spoluprace skrz firmou. Skvely kolektiv a management. Mladi kolektiv. Resi s problemy hned, kdyz jsou. Plocha struktura. Neni HR, ale management resi HR otazky primo, coz se mi libi.

Vstřícný a přátelský kolektiv, na který je spolehnutí.

Na úrovni motivačních ohodnocení zaměstnanců je stále co zlepšovat. Rovněž i povědomí veřejnosti o značce Conseq a její prezentace nedosahuje úrovně svého potenciálu.

Velká společnost s přístupem a příjemným prostředím jako v malé rodinné firmě, kde si všichni rádi pomůžou! Skvělý kolektiv, kde se snadno a s radostí prolíná pracovní a soukromý život.

Některé procesy jsou nastaveny příliš na základě "jak si to domluvíš, tak to bude", bez pevně daných mantinelů (ale to pro někoho může být výhodou :-) ).
