Kultura otevřené komunikace Přehledně nastavené procesy Velmi uvolněná a civilní atmosféra Jasná očekávání a odpovídající odměna
Otevřená komunikace často vede k představě, že je i největší diletantismus vlastně v pohodě, protože se o něm můžeme pohádat. Průměrně máme v kanceláři 4 psy každý den. V principu to mám rád, v praxi je to občas na zabití.

Všichni se na mě snaží být milí. Pomoci mi a rozumí, když něčemu nerozumím. Nikdy nebyl problém se na věci doptat.
Pro introvertního člověka může být velmi těžké zapadnout. Přijde mi, že kolegové vnímají práci čistě jako práci, hledají zkratky a uspokojení klientů za každou cenu. Account oddělení zbytečně vytváří stres napříč firmou.
