Nefér jednání, čím déle jste u firmy, tím více s vámi tzv. zametají. Téměř žádný nárůst mzdy, práce ovšem stále narůstala.

Nadřízený ve firmě Don Peal vůbec nejedná se svými zaměstnanci fér. Ponižuje a nadává jim i za jakékoliv maličkosti co si najde

Žádné zajímavé benefity od firmy jsme neměli, vlastně o firmě Don Pealo bych neřekla nic pozitivního.

Pracovní doba, která je volnější než ve fabrikách. Plus možnost skončit dříve než určuje pracovní doba.
Rozhodně bych zlepšil výplatu. Přidal bych benefity, protože žádné nejsou a celkově bych zlepšil přístup k zaměstnancům.

Práce s lidmy mě bavila.Jinak špatné zázemí,nebylo se pomalu kde najíst.Za hodně práce málo peněz,plat neodpovídal tomu co bylo v nabídce práce,neproplatili vstupní prohlídku i když to slíbili.

Benefity sodexo
Naprosto hrozný přístup k zaměstnancům. Nesplnitelné cíle a požadavky. Dlouhé směny, velká zodpovědnost a k tomu neodpovídající platové ohodnocení. Neprofesionální přístup vedení.
