Ráda bych vyjádřila svou naprostou spokojenost s týmem kolegů, který tvoří úžasnou pracovní atmosféru v Rilancio. Zde jsem objevila nové možnosti a odlišné přístupy k práci, vstřícnost kolegů a jejich spřízněnost. Mám velkou důvěru ve svou nadřízenou, od které získávám profesionální radu, což výrazně přispívá k mému osobnímu růstu. Finanční ohodnocení mé pozice v administrativě je velmi dobré ve srovnání s jinými možnostmi v Praze, což mi dodává další motivaci. Věřím, že tato firma má silné zázemí a perspektivu díky lidem, kteří zde pracují.

Nejvíce oceňuji přístup kolegů napříč celou firmou, který je velmi přátelský a vstřícný. Plněním úkolů jsem načerpala nové dovednosti a znalosti.
