Stabilní zaměstnání. V případě zájmu je možnost osobnostního i pracovního rozvoje. Příležitost k získání mnoha zkušeností.
Jedná se o poměrně již velkou firmu, která v určitých procesech je svázána vnitřními předpisy a řídícími normami.
