Loajální a přátelský kolektiv, zajímavé teambuildingové akce, které tmelí kolektiv, motivační systém finančního ohodnocení, motivující benefity - výuka anglického jazyka, velmi propracovaný systém tvorby produktu práce

Vždycky by se dalo samozřejmě něco vylepšit, např. vyšší základní mzda, lepší komunikace s některými výjimkami z kolegů, a sem tam i něco na systému produktu práce, ale vzhledem k tomu, že jsem v praxi již 25 let a před tím, jsem pracoval již v několika firmách, v naší společnosti pracuji již téměř desátým rokem a jsem velmi spokojený.
