Neustále se snaží poskytovat a vymýšlet nové benefity pro zaměstnance. Dále je tu velmi dobrá možnost kariérního růstu jak do specializace tak do do manažerských pozic
Někdy vázne komunikace o změnách či novinkách, které se chystají. Tam vidím určitě prostor ke zlepšení

In the beginning it has been a good company, with professionals. Unfortunately last 3 years was a "mistake". Unfortunately it is still a "mistake". There is to many bad things going in the Brno office. If there would not be a good changes, I do not think they will be able to stay on market.
If I was the manger at PPG I will fired most of the Leaders in the Brno office and some in EMEA region. I will increase salaries. As the situation is bad (and PPG is having very bad brand), I will give job to experienced PR specialist who could help to rebrand the PPG in Brno.

Stabilní prostředí. Nové příležitosti. Vedoucího v zahraničí
Trošku víc se postavit za zaměstnance - nedělat z nich cvičené opice, levnou pracovní sílu. Starat se více o skutečně talentované lidi a ne pouze o pseudotalenty, kteří se managementu vlichocují

Skvělé vstupní zaškolení, průběžná školení která se mi hodí do současnosti, férový přístup nadřízených.
Velice nízké platy, velmi těžké přejít na jinou pozici, nepružnost vůči změnám.

Možnosti postoupit na jinépracovní místo.
Množství práce, odborné zaškolení, pracovní prostředí (velké množství lidí na omezeném prostoru)
