Bohužel dobré mi nepřijde nic. Firma a ani nadřízení si neváží svých zaměstnanců, neustále upřednostňují jen určité lidi. Na vyšších funkcích na tomto marketu pracují lidé, kteří své práci nerozumí.

Je to korporátní firma, vztahy nula, řadový zaměstnanec nula odpovědnosti a povinnosti skoro žádné, kontrolní mechanismus není skoro žádný. Komunikace s vedením je komplikovaná. Benefity??? drahá Multisport karta, dobrý je příspěvek na důchodové připojištění. Určitě nedoporučuji se ucházet o zaměstnání.

Uspokojivý komunikační tok a kompetenční set up. Výborná spolupráce s mateřskou organizační složkou. Dobré finanční ohodnocení. Politikaření a rozhodovací proces negativní zkušemost.
