S důvěrou od nadřízeného. S možností seberealizace. S firemní kulturou. S mezilidskými vztahy. Se vzájemným respektem. S teamovým duchem celé společnosti.
S nedotahováním úkolů do konce, s příliš dlouho dobou realizace některých úkolů, s nedostatečnou akceschopností při realizaci nepopulárních či nových rozhodnutí. Netýká se to, ale všech.

Absolutně žádná motivace dělat něco navíc. Žádné ocenění - slovní, ani finanční.

Skvělí kolektiv , který drží při sobě protože nadřízený místo aby podržel má nemístné řeči :( Penzijní připojištění, multispotka
Rodinná firma? Dávno NE jen se toto slovo používá ,když se jim to hodí viz. Stále POUZE 20 dnů dovolené ! Žádné stravenky !! Ale u pohovoru říkají že ano. Místo toho Vám sníží o 2000 mzdu a pak Vám to dají jako prémie a tomu říkají stravenky !? Žádné ocenění - slovní, ani finanční od nadřízeného atd......
Jobs for people aged 50+
V této firmě se nehraje na věk. Naopak jsou zde vítáni lidé se zkušenostmi a znalostmi. Nedělají rozdíly mezi mladší a starší

Krásný den, děkujeme za Váš názor. Je nám líto, že Vaše zkušenost neodpovídá Vašim očekáváním. Nicméně, musíme reagovat na Vaši poznámku ohledně stravenek, jelikož se jedná o nepravdivou informaci. V naší firmě každý zaměstnanec dostává peněžitý příspěvek na stravování navíc ke mzdě, nikoliv ve formě prémií či jako náhradu za nižší mzdu.
