Oceňuji zejména přátelskou atmosféru a kolegialitu na pracovišti, možnost sebevzdělávání, možnost homeoffice dle dohody a flexibilního časového rozložení pracovní doby. Rovněž jsou příjemné společné firemní akce (večírky, konference, atd.)

Vylepšila bych komunikaci mezi jednotlivými odděleními, povědomí o náplni práce napříč společností
